  1. Florence Leontine Mary Welch is 26 years old and her birthday is the 28th of August   
                                              
  2. HEIGHT: She is around 5’9” tall in bare feet
     
  3. RELATIONSHIP: Florence does not currently have a boyfriend, as far as we are aware, despite being involved with James Nesbitt (not the actor) for some time this year, this seems to have broken off.   
     
  4. RELIGIOUS VIEWS:  Florence says at around 2.00 in this interview that she’s not religious, but she is obviously fascinated with the iconography of religion, particularly Christianity. She also said she used to be obsessed with witchcraft and practiced Wicca as a teen. She tried to ‘make the boy in the other class fall in love with me’ by casting spells!
     
  5. SOLO ARTIST? BAND? I’M CONFUSED!!! Ah, that old chestnut! It’s a hard one! this is Holly’s opinion on it (spoiler: it is NOT conclusive!)
     
  6. PREVIOUS BANDS: Florence was in two bands previous to Florence + The Machine, those being Toxic Cockroaches and Ashok    
     
  7. SEXUALITY: Florence was with Stuart Hammond for 5(ish?) years and is now with James Nesbitt BUT she has been photographed kissing women and once said in an interview that she’s not a lesbian unless she’s in Paris! “Well you know girls kissing girls, it’s alright! It’s a lot softer and the French are, well you know, but I’m straight in England!” from this interview

  14. HAIR COLOUR: Sadly we don’t know the exact brands Florence uses. She used to use any home dye kit but she probably gets her hair done at an expensive hairdressers now! But Eden had red hair for two years and would recommend this hair dye for achieving a look similar to Florence’s red barnett! 
     
  15. FAN NICKNAMES? There are many names for the fandom, the most commonly used one, and also the oldest, is ‘Flows’, recognised by Flo herself. Others include ‘Flombies’ which Florence has also said once. 
     
  16. What is your Florence favourite song? Please don’t ask us this question, it’s far too hard to choose, there are many Flo songs we all love :)
